Do you ship internationally?

Yes!

**Please note shipping costs can fluctuate due to customs and overseas charges. We are also not responsible for any delays, stolen, or missing packages once your order leaves the United States.

How long do orders take to ship?

Every order is fulfilled within 1-3 business days not including weekends or holidays.

Fulfillment times for ordering a handmade item such as clothing is 1-2 weeks. This does Not including shipping time. Depending on your location, shipping can take an additional 5-7 business days. 

 

Part of my package is missing an item/some items arrived damaged.

Please send a few photos immediately after opening your package to Smoochbysarina@gmail.com and we will work to replace your partial missing or damaged items. Each order containing fragile items such as fine art prints, glass, and jewelry are packaged carefully and marked with "do not bend" and "fragile" stickers on the package. In the event it is our fault or your package is damaged during shipping, do not hesitate to reach out for a replacement or refund. 

 

My entire package is missing.

We are not responsible for delayed, stolen, or entire missing packages once it is sent out and in the hands of the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed or entire order is missing, you can search where it's located online using your tracking number. Another option is to also contact your local post office with your tracking number to see if it's being held at your city's facility. Please also note shipping delays could be impacted by weather, holidays, and business days.
