Refunds/Exchanges

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds in the event of damaged items arrived on our behalf such as prints, pins and stickers, but we do not refund handmade items such as embroidered apparel, swimwear, underwear, socks, bras, or jewelry for sanitary reasons. 

I'd like to exchange items for something else.

Please note we do not offer exchanges. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

If you believe your order falls under the acceptable category for a refund, please email Smoochbysarina@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item to be considered for one.
